Job Functions:
* Ensure products and services provided at the facility meet or exceed requirements
* Report all discrepancies and/or departures from published guidelines and procedures to facility management.
* Assist in QAR investigation, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action, and respond to QARs issued against the facility by Corp. Quality
* Performing quality checks throughout production runs.
* Assess and coordinate individual employee training needs, provide quality system orientation, training and maintain documentation
* Perform spot checks of quality measurements throughout the coating process to help ensure material is meeting SOP requirements and report any deviations to operations management
* Oversee and ensure Sieve analysis of blast media is performed daily (new media as it arrives)
* Maintain and conduct calibrations/surveys of ovens in the facility
* Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed
* Follow all Company HSE, QMS policies and procedures and report to the appropriate personnel of any violations of these policies or procedures.
Education and Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
* A minimum of 1-2 years of quality or manufacturing experience is preferred.
* Experience with liquid and/or powder coatings is a bonus.
* Basic understanding of raw material product specifications.
* Basic reading, writing, and math skills required.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Teamwork is necessary and flexibility to work overtime as needed.
* Clear and concise communicator (written and verbal).
