Position Summary:
Role:
VP, Fund Development Objective:
Develops and oversees a variety of fundraising programs aligned with the agency's mission.
This includes the cultivation of donations, managing major gift programs, corporate sponsorships, planned giving, and partnerships with community-based charitable organizations.

Fundraising Development:
Create and manage programs targeting corporate, institutional, and individual donors, focusing on major gifts, in-kind donations, and planned giving.

Oversee new fundraising initiatives, managing each project from concept through to execution.

Supervision:
Lead a team by hiring, training, and supporting staff, with an emphasis on cultural sensitivity and teamwork.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
Experience:
Minimum five years in program development with a solid understanding of business principles, particularly in services for children and families.
Skills:
Presentation:
Strong communication skills, with an ability to engage high-level stakeholders and create compelling written materials.
Financial:
Proficiency in interpreting financial data and budgeting.
Analytical:
Adept at data analysis and problem-solving.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
