*Patient Population:?*All ages, acuities, and stages of life.* Direct patient care and documentation of patients presenting to ED with variety of complaints, triage, main sections with higher acuity, Express care/fast track with lower acuity/clinic type patients. Staff rotate to various areas based on experience and training.

*Department Specifics* : Currently seeking Lever IV Trauma designation, Primary Stroke Center, Primary Chest Pain Center, wonderful EMS partnership, Radiology with CT and Sono within ED, Self-Scheduling with voluntary on call, Certified Emergency Nurse fees paid, Evidence Based Practice and Process Improvement projects ongoing, Trauma training, Express Care/fast track with lower acuity/clinic type patients, Staff rotate to various areas based on experience and training.

*Qualifications*

+ Grad of an Accredited Program

+ Specialized field of study should be nursing.

+ Experience: 2 years of specialty experience

+ A current and valid nursing license.

+ Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.
