What you will do:

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase our rotating equipment market share.
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals across various territories.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts and industry partners.
Implement robust sales strategies to drive business growth and improve overall sales performance.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in rotating equipment technology and market dynamics.
Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales performance.
Working closely with other departments, such as technical teams, to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.

What you will have:

A strong technical background allows the Sales Director to engage effectively with clients and engineers, establishing credibility and trust in discussions about complex rotating equipment.
Extensive knowledge of rotating equipment products and applications.
Technical knowledge is crucial for leading and mentoring the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary expertise to succeed in selling complex equipment.
Strong business acumen with the ability to develop assigned sales territories
A deep understanding of rotating equipment technology helps stay abreast of industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with industry standards and codes.

Desired qualifications:

A master's / bachelor's degree in engineering.
Fundamentals of Engineering (FE License).
Professional Engineering (PE License).
