Sr Product Manager I - US Based Remote

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager I to join our Product & Technology team. This pivotal role will oversee the development and implementation of key product initiatives essential to our company's growth, focusing on enhancing our corporate applications. These applications support critical internal departments such as Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Corporate Communications. The Senior Product Manager I will collaborate closely with technical teams, business leaders, and stakeholders across the organization to drive product excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Duties:

• Collaborate with business partners using elaboration sessions, design thinking workshops, and other techniques to build and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog, translating business requirements into technical requirements.

• Partner with technical leads, user experience designers, and the engineering team (Pod) to refine and build the product.

• Lead operational ceremonies and communications, including business-focused sprint demos, bi-weekly status updates, participation in monthly portfolio reviews, and periodic planning.

• Analyze data and create reports to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement and optimization.

• Stay informed about emerging trends and innovations in AI, product management, and the broader real estate industry.

• Act as the Product Owner for the Pod, including writing stories and epics, ensuring the backlog consistently adheres to the 'definition of ready' for n+2 sprints.

• Adapt to evolving needs, potentially taking on a people leadership role.

• Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Copilot.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a related field.

• Proven experience in eliciting requirements, performing gap analyses, creating user stories, and test cases.

• Expertise in defining roadmaps and collaborating with teams using agile/scrum methodologies across multiple initiatives and projects.

• Ability to document system design, create specifications, flow charts, and other related diagrams.

• Results-oriented with experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead by influencing others without formal authority. Strong consensus and relationship-building skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively communicating with individuals at all levels.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, and/or Oracle E-Business Suite is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in product management.

• Experience in the real estate industry or related fields.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
