This position is a Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) position aligned under authorities of Section 1601, Chapter 83 of Title 10, United States Code and DoD Instruction 1400.25-V2007In the position, you will serve as a senior information technology (IT) specialist and technical expert within the HNCP Branch.

• Must be a U.S.
Citizen
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Security Clearance.
• A non-disclosure agreement must be signed
• Advanced technical knowledge of software and other various digital technology systems (cyber, cloud, platform, data, and/or artificial intelligence).
• Knowledge of technology systems analysis and applications software concepts, functions, techniques, and capabilities sufficient to evaluate new and emerging IT security methods and principles, the feasibility of proposed new systems and applications software projects; and to design, write, test, debug, and maintain
information systems and applications software and ensure successful integration with existing and anticipated infrastructure in the database environment.
• Knowledge of DoD and Air Force policies and procedures, guidelines, directives and techniques related to software and technology system platforms.
• Ability to clearly and effectively discuss and present program objectives, managerial tasks, and technical information verbally and in writing to management and professional personnel at all levels within the DoD and other government agencies within timelines prescribed by regulation or management.
• Ability to maintain an up-to-date awareness of technological advances and predict how management can meet future requirements.
• Ability to identify requirements for contracting and budget proposals for IT acquisitions.
• Knowledge of safety and security regulations, practices, and procedures.
