Pathway to Partnership
Unlike other organizations, Kelsey-Seybold physicians have the opportunity for ownership in the Medical Group, as well as in The Kelsey-Seybold Management Company. The ownership path is clear and straightforward. A Kelsey-Seybold Physician is typically eligible for ownership after three years of employment, board certification, and demonstrated good citizenship.
Family Medicine Responsibilities See patients in an outpatient setting Monday-Friday from 8a - 5p, including new patients and corporate physicals.
Participate in the Family Medicine Call single call group, approximately once per month.
Conduct annual physicals and wellness exams.
Provide preventive medicine services.
Qualifications Medical Degree (MD, DO)
Accredited Family Medicine Residency training
Licensed or willing to be licensed in the State of Texas.
Board Certified or Board Eligible with the American Board of Family Medicine
Good interpersonal skills
