We are partnering with a well-established law firm in Houston, Texas, to find a talented and dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in the preparation and management of personal injury cases from inception to settlement.

Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, discovery responses, and motions.

Coordinate medical records and bills, preparing summaries and timelines for case analysis.

Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy development.

Manage client communications, providing updates and gathering necessary information.

Prepare for and assist during depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.

Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury law.

Strong knowledge of personal injury legal procedures, including Texas state law.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple cases simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Certification as a paralegal (preferred, but not required).
