Job Summary
As the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing business analysis support to CAI customers on small to medium projects.

We are seeking a Business Analyst to be responsible for providing business analysis support to CAI customers on small to medium projects. This position will be full-time and hybrid. What You'll Do

Engage with stakeholders to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges
Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations
Elicit, document, and manage business requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT development and ensure they are clearly understood by all stakeholders

What You'll Need

Required:

Eight (8) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience managing a large budget
Eight (8) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience with procurement processes and procedures
Eight (8) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience with software renewals
Eight (8) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience with Agile/Scrum methodology practices

Desired:

Four (4) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience with Jira
Four (4) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience with Audit Deliverables
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master

Physical Demands

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitors
