Role Description

The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving account growth within Airswift's oil and energy portfolio.
Key duties include identifying new opportunities, resolving debts, meeting SLAs, and collaborating with internal teams for service delivery.
The role focuses on proactive sales, client retention, and supporting contractors throughout their assignments while ensuring compliance with client policies and regulatory requirements.


Principle Accountabilities:


Responsible for health, growth and sustainability of all accounts assigned across Airswift's portfolio or oil and energy customers, including satisfaction of the client, debt stance of the client, discovery within current and future opportunities across the client; implement all client policies, processes, and delivery programs by partnering with colleagues for the execution of initiatives; collaborate with the delivery function, service, quality control and finance office functions to support all customer needs; maintain Airwifts's current/new client and contractor base to leverage existing service lines and continue to penetrate all service lines to develop new growth; develop trusted advisor relationships with key line managers, contractors, stakeholders and executive sponsors; provide debt resolution and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the necessary parties have the right information to collect client debts; develop and maintain a hotlist of candidates, relative to accounts and discipline and proactively sell to market daily; responsible for the interaction, training and development of the delivery center to cover all client delivery needs across the account; obtain new requisitions, plan sourcing delivery, facilitate job interview and placements; obtain client work orders and new authorizations; monitor overall delivery ensuring all SLA's are met and executed properly; to ensure delivery to our services according to client needs; forecast client's upcoming strategies and objectives to ensure sales and delivery model remain aligned; meet sales targets (KPI's) which are agreed with regional sales director; monitor and review monthly sales performance against forecast; develop and ensure compliance with standardized workflows to effectively manage project delivery within contracted scope, timeline and cost to ensure a first-class customer experience/product; communicate accuracy, pricing models are adhered to and monitor consistency overall; lead a joint company strategic account planning session; assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis; adhere to the local regulatory requirements and delivery to customer policy and regulatory requirements; support contractors and assignees throughout the duration of the assignment from on-boarding to off-boarding, including all pre-access requirements, logistics, document recording, tracking of recharges and ongoing support to queries; serve as primary point of contact for all client and non-clients; drive retention and increase opportunities for referrals; and maintain bullhorn system.


Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:


Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in International Relations, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in a related occupation in screening, recruiting, interviewing, and placing and specializing in the recruitment of operations and maintenance workers for upstream, downstream, and midstream; utilizing CRM systems such as Bullhorn; and utilizing VMS systems such as SAP Fieldglass and Beeline.
