We're on the hunt for an organized and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to ensure the efficient planning and coordination of our installations, service appointments, and other administrative tasks to guarantee a smooth completion of installation from start to finish. If you're a master planner with a passion for optimizing schedules and improving customer service, this role is perfect for you!

What You'll Do as a Scheduling Coordinator:Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage and optimize the scheduling of installation and service appointments, ensuring a smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Customer Communication: Act as a liaison between our Project Managers and customers, providing timely updates and adjustments to schedules as necessary.

Resource Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of Crews and resources to maximize efficiency and meet operational goals.

Data Management: Maintain accurate scheduling records and provide reports on productivity and scheduling trends to support decision-making.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations Team and Project Managers to address any scheduling conflicts or concerns promptly.

Additional responsibilities assigned by the managerOur Ideal Candidate:•Proven experience in scheduling, logistics, or a similar coordination role, preferably in the home services industry
•Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple schedules simultaneously
•Strong communication skills for effectively dealing with customers and team members
•Ability to problem-solve scheduling conflicts and propose effective solutions
•Familiarity with scheduling software and tools
•Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
•High school diploma required; further education is a plus
