We are partnering with a leading healthcare provider in Fort Worth, TX, to identify a skilled Manager of Ortho Neuro Med Surg RN .
This role offers a unique opportunity to take on 24-hour accountability for the effective and efficient operations of the Neurosurgical Medical-Surgical department, under the supervision of the Director of Progressive Care.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader capable of ensuring high-quality patient care, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and achieving budgetary goals.

Available on a case-by-case basis Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and accountability for the Neurosurgical Medical-Surgical department.
Ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality patient care that aligns with hospital and regulatory standards.
Oversee operational and capital budget goals.
Perform hourly rounding and respond promptly to patient needs and requests.
Collaborate as an interdisciplinary team member to support patient outcomes and departmental success.
Maintain patient safety by following hospital policies, including infection control and personal protective equipment protocols.
Assist with new employee orientation and promote cost-effective practices without compromising quality of care.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
Current RN license in the state of Texas or Compact State licensure.
3-5 years of recent acute care leadership experience in an ICU or neurological unit.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Demonstrated clinical practice within the last 2-5 years in the area of expertise.
Preferred Skills:
Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet department goals.
Experience with interdisciplinary team collaboration and fiscal responsibility.
