Cutting Table Operator 2nd Shift

Total compensation pay range $18-$22/hr, depending on experience
Quarterly safety bonus opportunities
$1 Shift Differential for working 2nd Shift
Shift Days and Hours: Monday-Friday 5 pm-1:30 am or longer. Schedule subject to change (depending on shipping schedule)

Who You Are:

An ideal candidate would be someone that is reliable, self-motivated, team player, hardworking individual that is looking to start or further their career in the glass industry.

What You Will Be Doing:

Operate a CNC controlled cutting table and loading crane
Break apart pre-cut large sheets of glass into smaller specified sizes
Inspect, approve, or reject product before sent to next department
Read and attach appropriate labels and tags to product
Perform and document required QC procedures
Report inventory to production control
Perform different job functions on a rotating basis
Skills You Bring:

Three years of previous work experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Glass industry experience is a plus!
One year of previous experience operating production machines
Experience using overhead cranes to move heavy loads is a plus.
Hight School Diploma or GED, preferred
Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements
Ability to use a tape measure and calipers to perform basic dimensional inspections
