Agent Support Coordinator

To provide consistency throughout the organization and identify accountability for the Agent Support Coordinators (ASC). The ASC will oversee listing management utilizing the MLS and Skyslope to meet the brokerage listing compliance requirements. The ASC will be a technology advocate for all agent and consumer facing technology to support the agents effectively and efficiently. The ASC will have additional responsibilities supporting the Sales Leader and Agents on the day-to-day operations of the office.

• Meet with new agents to present the onboarding slide deck
• Manage the office TV slideshow

• Stock and order supplies (daily stocking)

• Contact the copier vendor for toner and service.
• Maintain Phone Duty Schedule
• Thank You for letters to clients.

• Confirm with the agent if they are participating in the order or not.

• Minimum of high school diploma or the equivalent.

• One to three years clerical or administrative experience.

• Knowledge of real estate, title and/or mortgage business preferred.

• Strong computer/technology skills: proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Must possess strong organizational skills; ability to multitask; accuracy/quality; detail oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a customer service focus and the ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment.
