CRI is currently looking to hire an IT Administrator team member to support the CRI offices located in El Paso, TX.

Essential Functions:

The IT Administrator serves as a primary point of contact between the CRI IT department and the local office branch.
This team member will spend most of their time providing end user support to firm staff by installing, configuring and maintaining user endpoints in addition to maintaining server hardware and software.
The IT Administrator will engage with end users and the CRI IT Engineering, Networking and Security teams to resolve complex IT issues.
The IT Administrator will also perform a variety of daily systems monitoring to verify and ensure system integrity and performance.

Occasional travel, after-hours maintenance and on-call support are requirements for this position.
CRI utilizes remote support technologies to minimize travel requirements by IT personnel.

Minimum Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for this position will have a fantastic attitude, a willingness to assist others and the ability to troubleshoot problems diligently until a resolution can be found.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are both desirable traits in the candidate selected for this position.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are also highly desired.

Essential qualifications include the ability to quickly adapt to new situations, a strong commitment to a team environment, a willingness to learn new technologies, the ability to deescalate user issues and frustrations and consistency with following, maintaining and even establishing documented processes and procedures.
Experience with the following technologies is required:
Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Active Directory, VMWare.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with or exposure to software specific to the accounting industry is a plus (Quickbooks, Sage, CCH, etc).
Applicants having an MCP or higher certification will be given high priority.

Applicants for positions with CRI must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position or future positions.
