The SAP Master Data Coordinator will be primarily responsible for setting up new product material information for multi-million-dollar global account(s) for many of the worlds most popular playing Card Games, Trading Card Games, and Board Game brands in the world! The SAP Master Data Coordinator will work with Account Managers and other functional areas to focus on converting customer orders into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system data to support manufacturing of components/assemblies.
What youll do as an SAP Master Data Coordinator:
• Collaborate/Verify with other functional departments to ensure Internal Order Sheet has all required information provided to set up new materials, bill of materials, routings, production versions and costing for specific customer order.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and all other Operational departments to create data models that best reflect the manufacturing process and capabilities in our factories / vendor partners.
• Map customer order into a BOM/BOL document that will be used to create data structure and be shared with key stakeholders.
• Scrutinize data structure bill of material quantities and cost for accuracy.
• Uphold the quality, accuracy, and consistency of product data within the SAP system.
• Support data governance policies and standards, ensuring adherence across all departments.
• Maintain existing documentation of processes surrounding custom transactions and department procedures.
• Optimize the creation and update process in SAP and other functional tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define a streamlined process to define supply chain parameters, product data entry, validation, and maintenance workflows in SAP.
• Support regular audits and reviews of the SAP PDM system to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Provide tier-2 support for issues related to SAP Product Master Data, troubleshooting complex challenges and ensuring timely resolution.
• Support SAP PDM-related projects, from scoping and planning through execution and evaluation.
• Support product data metrics and KPIs.
• Analyze product data trends and provide insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Detail oriented and capable of strictly adhering to accuracy standards.
• Ability to manage large and complex projects within specified deadlines.
Were looking for an SAP Master Data Coordinator with:
• BA degree in information Systems, business, engineering or related field.
• 5 years of hand on experience.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in SAP modules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent MS Office software skills
• Familiarity with the broader product lifecycle management (PLM) concepts and tools is a plus but not required.
• Experience in the Printing Industry a plus but not required.

Physical requirements and working conditions:
Our manufacturing Plant is comprised of enclosed office and manufacturing space. This position requires the ability to:
• Move throughout the entire facility to attend to various issues
• Work effectively in teams across functional groups with strong communication skills and the ability to lead
• Perform sedentary work on various computer systems
• This SAP Master Data Coordinator position is located on-site in our Dallas, TX facility
