Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Commerce Cloud Einstein and a strong understanding of data quality and data governance. This hybrid role requires excellent technical expertise and the ability to drive impactful solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Commerce Cloud Einstein solutions to meet client requirements.

• Oversee the development and deployment of scalable and efficient technical solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.

• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in Commerce Cloud Einstein development.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize project disruptions.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for solutions and processes.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Commerce Cloud Einstein.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technical solutions.

• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights.

• Ensure data quality and governance standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

• Contribute to the overall success of the project by delivering high-impact solutions that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in Commerce Cloud Einstein development and implementation.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of data quality and data governance principles.

• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Show proficiency in developing scalable and efficient technical solutions.

• Have a proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering high-quality projects.

• Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in Commerce Cloud Einstein.

• Demonstrate the ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

• Possess strong documentation skills to create and maintain technical documentation.

• Exhibit a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Show the ability to engage with stakeholders and gather technical requirements.

• Ensure adherence to data quality and governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Certifications Required

Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer Certification Data Quality Management Certification

Salary and compensation

The annual salary for this position $129.500.00 - $152.000.00 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plan.
