Our client require experienced Project Managers to oversee the design, execution, and successful delivery of mission-critical data center construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager specializing in data center construction, you will

Develop comprehensive business plans tailored to the unique requirements of data center projects.
Collaborate with field management to design and implement site-specific safety plans.
Serve as the primary liaison for Engineers, Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Work with Pre-Construction and Field Supervision teams to deliver all contractual obligations, including quality testing and documentation.
Plan and manage logistics, staging, and phased delivery schedules for data center infrastructure.
Coordinate and lead subcontractor teams across multiple trades to meet project milestones.
Set up and manage project platforms such as E1 and Prolog to ensure seamless operations.
Handle project initiation, including permits, licenses, and site mobilization for mission-critical facilities.
Conduct subcontractor pre-mobilization meetings and oversee compliance with data center standards.
Administer subcontracts, payments, insurance, and safety protocols tailored to the high-stakes nature of data center builds.
Oversee procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of specialized materials and equipment.
Monitor and forecast labor and resource needs, aligning them with project schedules and budgets.
Ensure rigorous adherence to quality control plans and data center compliance standards.
Manage and resolve technical, schedule, or logistical challenges swiftly to maintain project momentum.
Drive project close-out, including comprehensive documentation and final inspections, ensuring seamless turnover.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in construction project management with data center projects
Proficiency in managing architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical aspects of large-scale projects.
Familiarity with construction management tools such as Prolog and financial accounting systems.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Technical writing and conflict resolution capabilities.
Willingness to travel and/or relocate based on project requirements.
