Salesforce Functional Tester
Terms: Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)

Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a lead or senior testing role with a focus on Salesforce functional testing.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Strong background in test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
Proven ability to manage and mentor testing teams in an Agile environment.
Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, workflows, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations.
Proficiency in executing manual functional tests, writing test cases, and performing test execution and defect tracking.
Knowledge of test management tools such as Jira, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), Rally, and similar platforms for defect logging, tracking, and reporting.
Expertise in preparing test data early in the sprint to ensure smooth testing processes.
Familiarity with Agile testing practices, including test sprints, Scrum ceremonies, and continuous testing.
Ability to develop metrics and KPIs to monitor and improve testing team performance.
