Job Title: MEP Project Manager
The MEP Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of MEP projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. They will lead and supervise the MEPdesign process, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations. The Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact for communication between clients, architects, general contractors, and engineers. Additionally, they will perform on-site inspections to gather data on existing MEP systems and verify that design and installation meet project requirements.
Hard Skills
+ At least 10 years of engineering design and project management experience across various sectors including commercial, industrial, education, and healthcare facilities
+ MEP experience, heavy on the Mechanical side
Soft Skills
+ Client-facing communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type
This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Katy Texas and some days remote.
Work Environment
The days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a. m. to 5:00 p. m. , on a hybrid schedule with 3 days required to be in the office. Office size: 10-15 FTE.
