Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales calls and make travel recommendations based on guest needs
Build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients to drive loyalty
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with leads
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in telephone sales or a similar sales role
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales KPI metrics
Strong ability to close sales on the first call
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proficiency with basic computer applications and a stable home office setup
