We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Engineering Project Manager to lead complex industrial wastewater treatment projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep background in water or process industries, with proven expertise in managing cross-functional engineering teams and overseeing the detailed design and execution of large-scale, skid-based, module-based, or stick-built treatment systems and plants.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, planning, and execution of wastewater treatment projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
Manage cross-functional engineering teams with a focus on collaboration, efficiency, and project delivery.
Oversee detailed engineering design, ensuring technical feasibility, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
Conduct feasibility studies, process optimization, and technical analysis to determine project scope and potential challenges.
Provide technical leadership on water treatment technologies and processes, including chemical, biological, and physical methods of treatment.
Advise on the selection of appropriate treatment technologies, equipment, and materials for each project.
Ensure seamless integration of skid-based or modular components into treatment systems.
Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve engineering and technical challenges throughout project lifecycles.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation within project teams and processes.

Qualifications:

15+ years of experience in the water or process industries, with a focus on wastewater treatment and process optimization.
10+ years of experience managing cross-functional engineering teams in the design and execution of industrial projects.
Expertise in detailed design and implementation of complex, skid-based, module-based, and stick-built systems/plants.
Strong familiarity with water treatment methods and technologies, including membrane filtration, reverse osmosis, biological treatment, chemical treatment, and more.
In-depth knowledge of engineering principles related to the design and construction of water treatment facilities.
Proven ability to conduct feasibility studies and provide strategic advice on technology selection and process optimization.
Strong project management skills, with experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources for large-scale industrial projects.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred.
