About this Role:
CrowdStrike, Inc. seeks a skilled Sales Development Manager to drive pipeline generation for Corporate Sales teams. As a leader of a team of 4 Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving top of funnel activity to meet pipeline and sales targets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing Sales Development teams in high-volume sales environments.
This is a hybrid role, requiring in-person collaboration three times a week with our Sales Development teams in Austin, TX. The successful candidate will be able to commute to our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead teams to achieve high-quality pipeline and deliver over-achieved targets.
Drive sales development execution and oversee KPI management, including daily metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Foster a high-performance culture by setting clear objectives, performance standards, and accountability.
Engage with Sales Development teams and managers to share best practices in outbound prospecting techniques.
Manage relationships and communication with territory sales leaders.
Coach, mentor, and motivate Sales Development teams to ensure a highly motivated and successful team is in place.
Partner with territory and Sales Development stakeholders to ensure the team is supported and equipped to achieve goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a manager of a frontline sales/SDR team.
At least 1 year of closing experience for a technology company (preferably).
Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales team KPIs over multiple fiscal years.
Strong leadership presence and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to connect customer insights to SDR tactics & strategies.
Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, 6Sense, and strategic sales dashboards (Tableau, DOMO, etc.).
