Salary: $50,000-$65,000/yr. Salary based on education and experience

Job Summary
Join CulinArt Group as a Cafe Manager and lead our dynamic team at Tesla in Austin, TX. This is an outstanding opportunity to demonstrate your outstanding competence in a vibrant factory setting. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, delivering flawless customer service, and demonstrating financial savvy.
Key Responsibilities:
Hires, supervises, trains, and coaches associates to foster an elite team.
Plans, markets, and completes special events and promotions in the cafe to drive engagement.
Ensures compliance with strict sanitation and cleaning standards to maintain a safe environment.
Operates within the budget while identifying ambitious new ways to improve the business.
Directs all aspects of cafe operations to ensure a seamless experience for patrons.
Performs other duties as assigned, ensuring the highest standards of excellence are met.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience in upscale food service.
Three to five years of proven experience, including at least two years in a management role.
Strong supervisory, scheduling, training, management, and mentorship skills.
Knowledge of basic work area operations, company, and client policies and procedures.
Operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
ServSafe or Department of Health certification preferred.
