We are seeking a Trust Officer with in-depth trust knowledge, a thorough understanding of policies and procedures, and the ability to provide top-tier client service.
This role requires an individual who can ensure trust accounts are administered with the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.
You will be responsible for administering a variety of trust accounts, including revocable, irrevocable, Crummey, and special needs trusts.
Additionally, you will ensure all trust accounts comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Your responsibilities will also include working with an outsourced CPA firm to coordinate and oversee tax preparation, overseeing the successful transfer of assets to and from the trust company, and coordinating with relationship managers for the annual review of trust accounts.
Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in trust administration and wealth management is essential.
Furthermore, you will mentor, support, and encourage junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.
