Treasury Analyst
Office Location: Jersey City, NJ or Dallas, TX
About the Team & Role:
As a Treasury Analyst, you will be essential in managing our organization's financial health. You'll analyze cash flow, prepare reports on liquidity and risk, and create forecasts to optimize financial strategies. Collaborating with various teams, you'll ensure treasury initiatives align with business goals while overseeing daily operations and compliance. Your expertise in financial software and Python will help you deliver actionable insights for informed decision-making.

What You'll Do:
Financial Analysis

:

Reviewing financial transactions, assessing cash flow patterns, and analyzing assets and liabilities.
Identifying trends and providing insights to optimize financial decision-making.
Treasury Reporting


Preparing comprehensive treasury reports, including:
Cash positions and liquidity analysis.
Risk management assessments.
Foreign exchange exposure.

Communicating findings to senior management and stakeholders.
Forecasting and Strategy


Creating accurate financial forecasts to guide liquidity management.
Developing strategies to maximize operational efficiency and minimize risk.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align treasury goals with overall business objectives.
Business Intelligence (BI)


Utilizing BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to analyze financial data.
Designing dashboards and visualizations for executive reporting.
Extracting actionable insights from large datasets.
Bank Account Management


Executing daily treasury operations:
Funds transfers.
Reconciliation of accounts.
Monitoring bank fees and charges.

Ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Technical Skills


Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Kyriba, or similar platforms).
Familiarity with Python programming language for data analysis, automation, and reporting.
Collaboration and Communication


Working closely with finance, accounting, and risk management teams.
Presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in treasury, financial analysis, or related roles, experiences in accounting firms eg PWC, Deloitte, KPMG etc are preferred.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Mandarin speaking is preferred.

Base pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is

$65,000 - $80,000.

This role is also eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus plan.
