~ Need first assistant skilled in Orthopedics - including Mako, General and bariatrics - including DaVinci Robot, vascular, breast

~ Shift: 5x8s, 10:30-19:00 (Mon-Fri) + Call
~ Types of Cases REQ: General, Ortho, Ortho/Total joints, Urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, Vascular, Bariatrics, Podiatry; Carotid endarterectomy, Femoral popliteal bypass graft CVOR experience required
~ Types of Cases Preferred: Gyn, Plastics; TCAR CVOR experience preferred

~ Department Details: DaVinci Robotics/laparoscopic/open-general surgery (choles, colon resections, bariatrics, ventral/inguinal hernias, appes); Ortho-fractures, total knees and hips; Vascular-carotids, distal bypasses, AV fistulas, TCARs; Basic urology, mastectomies, able to both scrub and 1st assist on all above

Unit Specific Information
Stroke Education CEU's are required for: ER, All Adult ICU's, PCU/Stepdown, MS/Tele, MSTele
Candidates must have 8 total stroke CEU's on file between CEU's, NIH, and Certification (Miscellaneous).
Additional Details
Driver's License required for all candidates. Must remain active and current during entire assignment.
Required for all RN's/LVN's working on an out of state compact license. The state they declare on the form must match the state of the drivers license (or other proof of residency document) and state of the RN/LVN license.
