Current BLS card from an acceptable agency
Current state or compact license
NIH Certification required annually
COVID-19 Vaccine required
Documentation of 2 MMRs at least 28 days apart or positive laboratory titer
2 Negative TB skin tests or Quantiferon Gold within 90 days
Documentation of 2 doses of varicella or positive laboratory titer
Proof of Tdap vaccine
Physical Capacity statement required
Unit Specific Information IV insertion
Blood draws
PICC/Central Line management
Trach Care
PCA Pump
Additional Details Nursys Report preferred for Compact Nursing License
Annual updates required for certain certifications
Standard 10 panel drug screen required within 12 months before start
