RT Equipment: All beds telemetry capable
Monitor Techs: Off site, RNs validate and read strips
Shifts & Scheduling: 12 hours shifts either days or nights - 7 to 7:30 both shifts
Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Post Surgical: General, Ortho, Uro, Gyn
Experience or 'Must have' skills: 1 year experience, telemetry experience
Are RNs required to titrate drips? Yes
Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Heparin, Blood, IV fluids
Weekend Requirement: every other (based on unit needs)
Holiday Requirement: 3/year
Is there a call or standby requirement? No, as needed per census
Floating Requirements: Yes, all RNs are susceptible to floating within their scope
Unit/Department specific orientation: Coordinated with onboarding process-1-2 shifts

BLS;Region III: Primary to St. Anthony Hospital but if needed, travelers will be required to float throughout Region Three: St. Michael Medical Center - Silverdale, WA; St Anthony Hospital - Gig Harbor, WA
