Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of MedSurg / Tele experience.

Current MS RN License - compact allowed
Current AHA BLS
Current AHA ACLS
COVID Vaccination Card, exemptions allowed upon request
Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
Driver's License
EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
