Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry 1,465 per week

Job Details Orientation is bi-weekly.

Joint Commission Accredited with services in cancer care, cardiac care, orthopedics, imaging, surgical services, and more.
Must have Meditech experience.
Job Requirements Required Certifications: BLS/ACLS.
Years of Experience: 1.5+.
Float Requirements: Yes.
Must Have Skills/Experience: EKG interpretation and critical thinking skills is a plus.
Preferred Skillset/Experience: Manage discharges and admissions, basic cardiac drip knowledge.
Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CHF, CP, ARF, COPD, Uncontrolled diabetics, CKD, Post Cardiac Cath care.
Personality Fit: Team oriented and flexible.
Required Education: Associate degree, BSN preferred.
Schedule Information Shift: 7A or 7P.
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36hrs.
Weekend Hours: 12hrs (Every other or Every Third weekend).
Call Requirements: No.
Unit Specific Information Unit Information:
Number of Beds: 22.
Patient Ratios: 5:1 or 6:1.
Equipment: Welch Allyn V/S machine, Hoyer Lift w/ weight scale, Abbott Glucometer, Computers on Wheels, TR band, Baxter IV pumps.
Patient Population is adult and geriatric.
