Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg 1,920 per week

Certification Details Current/valid Drivers License/State ID or government photo ID required.
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required for specialties such as Cath Lab, CCU, CVICU, Dialysis, etc.
BLS - Basic Life Support required.
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support required for ER, PACU, Pediatrics, PICU, etc.
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure required for L&D, NICU, Nursery, Postpartum, etc.
TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course required.
Job Details This is a MED/SURG position that specializes in post-op GI and wound care.

Acute care experience required.
Med/Surg and post-op experience required.
Must have experience working full time on a post-op unit.
Must have a minimum of one travel contract completed to be submitted.
2 years experience required.
Patient Diagnoses include Pancreatitis, GI bleeds, Bowel obstructions, Bowel perforation, Wound infections, Post Op infections, mass removal, Esophageal perf, GSW, MVC, Diverticulitis.
Special Procedures include Pancreatectomy, Esphagectomy, Whipple, Spleenectomy, Adrenalectomy, Cystectomy, Colectomy, Thyroidectomy, Mastectomy, Hepatic Resection, Nissen, Bariatric Surgery, TURP, Gastrectomy, Parathyroidectomy, Ex lap.
Equipment used: PEG, PEJ, PCA, Per drain, JP drain, hemo vac, wound vac, nephrostomy tubes, Ileostomy, Colostomy, Urostomy. Colostomy, surgical drains skills preferred.
