Ratios: Days 1:5-6 Nights 1:6
Float required as needed to the below units (RN will only take patients within their scope of practice): -ER holding -Postpartum -Step down
Medication System: -Omnicell
Documentation System: -EPIC
Patient Diagnoses: -Med/Surg; - The med-surg travelers will be in a general med-surg float pool and will float to where needed within med-surg. We do provide patient care to all med-surg type patients including general surgery and ortho/neuro post op.
Special Procedures/Unit Details: -Need to be very experienced Med/Surg RNs who can take any kind of Med/Surg patient i.e post-stroke, medical, post-surgery, ortho, neuro, etc. Otherwise it will be a strict every other weekend schedule, no exceptions, and we cannot guarantee block scheduling unless they want to work every weekend.

Schedule Information 8 hour shifts - incrementally up to 8 hours per 2 week period
10 hour shifts - incrementally up to 10 hours per 2 week period
12 hour shifts - incrementally up to 12 hours per 2 week period
Guaranteed Hours - 8 Rule: 40.00 hours per 1 week
Guaranteed Hours - 10 Rule: 40.00 hours per 1 week
3, 12 hour shifts - 36 hours
4, 12 hour shifts - 48 hours

Additional Details ACLS is required for RRT's.
EPIC Testing: EPIC is required and travelers will be tested day 1
Travelers that have not completed their COVID 19 Vaccination requirement, will need to complete the COVID Mandate Memo.
