Job Details Sub requirements - Coversheet, resume, primary source verification, skills checklist, BLS and ACLS.
• Staff required to wear lead.
• Includes weekends and on call. No holidays except for on call.
• Staff will be expected to float assignments within the Radiology and Pain departments.
COOK IS A MANDITORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.
RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
Additional Details Drivers License/State ID, Government-Issued photo ID. Color or B&W acceptable. Must be clear and legible. Back of card only required if it contains pertinent information.
