Job Details Registered Nurse position at Covenant Health Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Unit Interview Bi-Weekly Orientation.
Call one night per week and one weekend per month.
Job Requirements ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (required within 45 days of assignment start date)
BLS - Basic Life Support (required within 45 days of assignment start date)
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (may be required for some ED roles)
NIH Stroke Certification (required for all RN candidates)
State License Verification (required within 30 days of start date)
Schedule Information Call one night per week (5:30p-7a)
Call one weekend per month (Friday 5:30p - Monday 7a)
Holiday rotation required.
Unit Specific Information IVR experience/Neuro IVR, Conscious Sedation, Vents, Titration required.
Additional Details Travelers requesting time off during any holiday or holiday week will not be accommodated.
