Additional requirements:
Minimum of one year of experience in a similar setting is required
Active Wisconsin or compact state RN license
ACLS, BLS,

Additional information:
• # of beds: 3-Beds
• Ratios: 1 RN to 2-3 patients
• Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Afib-RVR, DKA, Alcohol withdrawal. Covid pneumonia.
• Experience or 'Must have' skills: Titrate drips, cardiac monitoring, management of respiratory support systems
• Are RNs required to titrate drips?: Yes
• Common titratable &/or set rate drips: cardizem and insulin
• Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: Yes
• Are there nurse aids on this unit/Ratios: No
• Hospitalist or Intensivist in house: No
• RT in ICU 24/7: No
• RT Equipment (vents, Cpap, BiPap, etc): Available
• Is there tele on this unit? Monitor Techs? RNs read strips?: Yes, RN's read their own strips
• Shifts & Scheduling: 12 hour shifts, 0600 - 1800; 1800 - 0600
• Weekend Requirement: Weekends would be rare
• Holiday Requirement: Holidays would be rare
• Is there a call or standby requirement?: No call or standby requirement
