Required skills: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Multi-system organ failure, IV insulin protocols, Chronic/Acute Renal failure, Accessing Ports, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting IVs, Continuous IV sedation, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, CVA/Acute Stroke management, External ventricular drains (EVD), Hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun, ICP monitoring, Post Neurosurgery management, Spinal cord injury, Traumatic Brain injury, Assist with management of BiPAP, Assist with management of CPAP, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, Care of Ventilated Patient, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of ABGs, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management, Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/ Use of PPE, Phlebotomy, Surgical Wounds with drains/Wound Vac
Special Equipment: CRRT- Prismaflex or Prismax, IABP- Cardiosave by Getinge/Maquet, Impella- Abiomed, A plus if clinician holds experience with specialized equipment for facility.

Job Requirements

1 year recent exp in specialty
AHA ACLS, AHA BLS, NIH
HARDSTOP - needs Neuro experience, looking for 3s-4s in skills checklist
Float to less or like specialties where needed and qualified
EPIC experience required
LA Fire card (must get within 30 days of starting) okay to sub without
