Job Requirements

Schedule Information
Monday - Friday
Weekend Requirement - RN's (Sat/Sun Weekends )
Call Requirement - RN's/response time Monday - Friday (average 15 days per month)
Holidays covered by call 7-7 call
Unit Specific Information
Charge Nurse: Resource nurse - flow of the day - assignments but will do cases if needed
Cath lab/IR Techs: CV Rad Techs Scrub/Monitor
Floating: Could be floated to Non-Invasive CV at times to start IV's
Floor specific orientation: 2 Shifts with a preceptor, then usually do a 'buddy call' for Cath Lab
Common cases (IR & Cath lab): All Cardiac Adults (peripheral, cardiac cath PCI, devices, only adults)
Additional Notes: ICD, pacers, not EP no ablations
Additional Questions: Familiarity with Acist injector (automatic - but not a deal breaker will teach it there) & must have experience with IABP, IVUS.
Additional Details
ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) required
Submission Requirements: Can only submit to 1 position at a time across the entire WVU system
Drivers license address must be outside 50 miles from the facility
Previous perm candidates must be gone for 2 years
Previous travelers there for 1 full year must be gone for 2 years

Travel teams must be submitted together in 1 email
We are only permitted to submit 2 candidates per opening, if the position is at max, we will hold on to the submission if a spot opens up
