*Job Title:* Diagnostic Imaging Specialist
• Job Specialty:* Mammographer
• Job Duration:* 13 weeks
• Shift:* Tuesday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (4/10s)
• Guaranteed Hours:* 36 hours per week
• Experience:* Minimum of 3 years of experience in diagnostic imaging, with at least 2 years in mammography and experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• License:* Must possess a current and valid state License in Radiology.
• Certifications:*
• Must possess a current ARRT certification in Radiology with qualifications in Mammography (RT)(M).
• Must have and maintain a current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Must-Have:*
• Successful completion of radiology training from an AMA-approved school of Radiology.
• Experience in performing special procedures including stereotactic biopsy, ductograms, and needle localization procedures.
• Breast tomosynthesis training.
• Experience working with a Radiologist when assisting with special procedures.
• Fingerprinting clearance prior to start.

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient emergency services.
• Assist in performing special procedures including stereotactic biopsies, ductograms, and needle localizations.
• Work collaboratively with Radiologists and other medical staff to deliver high-quality imaging services.
• Maintain high standards of patient care in a culturally rich and diverse community setting.
• Comply with all required safety and procedural protocols.
• Participate in departmental orientation, scheduled every two weeks.
• Ensure all documentation and processes are completed for housing applications before the start date.
• Assist with any additional responsibilities as required by the department.

• Orientation sessions are held every two weeks.
