Fidé is currently seeking a LPN with Med Surg experience for a 13-week contract in Highlands, NC.

Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 1+ years of current LPN Med Surg experience. Must have Long Term Care Experience.

Unit Information: Patient Ratios - Nurses- 1:20, Aides 1:12 on days, 1:15 on nights. Type of equipment - Sara, Hoyer. EMR - CareTracker for ADL's only.

Procedures typically performed on unit: Medication Administration, Wound Care, Documentation, Direct patient care, Nurse Aide supervision

Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:

Current NC LPN License

Current AHA BLS

Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months

Drivers License

EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)

Final RTO

Resume

Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment

Hours Per Week: 36

Shift: Nights (19:00-07:00)

Weekend Requirements: EOW

On Call Requirements: Call 2 night shifts every 28 days
