We are seeking dedicated and experienced Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) for full-time night shifts in Warm Springs, MT, with a rotating 36/48 schedule. Open shift availability is highly preferred to meet the needs of our residents and ensure consistent care. Candidates must have experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities (ID) and Autism Spectrum Disorder, along with strong de-escalation skills. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and transportation, as well as performing health-related tasks like taking vital signs and assisting in emergencies. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Montana CNA certification, at least two years of experience in a healthcare or group home setting, BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. CPI training is preferred but not mandatory.
