Job Details
~ Shift: 4 days, 06:45-17:15 Weekdays only.
~ Additional details: 2-3x 12-hour shifts weekend call in a 6-week period. 7a-7p or 7p-7a
~1-2 x 2hr call shift per week at the end of a shift- 17:15-19:15
~ Holiday Rotation- only as part of the 2-3 call shifts in a 6 week period.
Job Requirements
~ BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel.
~ Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.
~ License/Certificate Verification must be dated within 30 days of start.
~9 Panel Drug Screen must be completed and resulted before start with MRO signature.
Schedule Information
~4 days a week, 06:45-17:15
~2-3 weekend call shifts in a 6-week period
~1-2 call shifts per week at the end of a shift
Unit Specific Information
~ Must attach scanned copy of certification (with expiration date) to candidate's record in TrinityVMS.
Additional Details
All engaged contractors must have page 27 signed form on file in Trinity VMS.
Standard i9 completed by the agency.
Proof of vaccine, declination or exemption required.
