Traveler must have a permanent address outside of the radius rule of 75 miles.
Please note that time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval.
Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved.
When submitting candidates, include at least two references (one must be from the current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.
Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.
EXP: 2 years experience current required in Cardiac Cath Lab. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES: to include Adult Cardiac Catheterization, Cardiac Devices, Electrophysiology and/or Structural Heart.
Ensures that complete and accurate documentation is maintained.
Ensures accurate medication, charge, and reporting accuracy of daily procedural case load.
Respond and provide emergent care.
Performs administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, ensuring maintenance of equipment, and cleanliness of the lab.
Assures preparedness of procedure rooms and compliance in accordance with PHS, Local and Federal regulations.
Job Requirements Must have an active scrub tech certification.
Associates Degree in RN program, radiology, Prefer 3 years of adult Cath lab diagnostic, interventional, or EP, procedures in performing scrubbing, circulating and monitoring/recording duties.
RN licensure required.
BLS, ACLS & PALS required.
Requires detailed knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, disease processes and principles of cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional technology.
Schedule Information SHIFTS: 7 am - 5 pm - May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs.
On call, weekends and holidays may be required.

Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from the last day worked in order to be considered for a travel position.
Travelers are first to float within the facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of the permanent assigned location.
State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice. The state tax should be paid to the state of New Mexico.
