We have partnered with an Engineering Consulting Firm in the Nashville, TN area to provide them with a Project Manager - Aviation Engineering. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized must haves for the Project Manager - Aviation Engineering:
• 1. Bachelor's in Civil Engineering; Master's degree in Civil Engineering preferred
• 2. 10 years of experience with significant airside and landside design
• 3. Demonstrated experience in successful application of FAA criteria and regulations, project management, client interaction, and staff development
• 4. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Tennessee or ability to obtain within a 3 month time period; licensure in additional states may be required

Requirements for the Project Manager - Aviation Engineering:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
A decade of experience with notable expertise in both airside and landside design.
Proven track record in applying FAA guidelines and regulations, managing projects, engaging with clients, and fostering staff development.
Experience in business development and marketing, including preparing proposals, defining scopes of work, and creating budgets for upcoming projects.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong leadership abilities, with a clear vision and talent for motivating and managing teams, supported by a record of success.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
Solid experience in managing client relationships and coordinating consultant teams.
Proven ability to mentor and manage staff, and allocate resources efficiently.
Skilled in delivering practical, results-focused technical solutions for projects.

Licensing & Requirements:

Must hold or be able to obtain a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Tennessee within 3 months; additional state licenses may be necessary.
A valid driver's license and the ability to meet the company's vehicle insurance requirements are required.

100% on site
No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
