What you'll be doing:

Oversee all sales activities in the region, transforming market demand into valued relationships with end users and distributors to drive new and existing sales.
Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve key initiatives and targets.
Manage an approximately $65 million sales region and oversee a budget of $5 million.
Develop and mentor team members and other sales leaders to enhance their professional growth.
Create and manage budgets effectively.
Deliver accurate sales forecasts for your region.
Adhere to timelines for expense reporting, budgeting, business planning, and other requirements set by the US Sales Director.
Participate in product launches, trade shows, and conferences.
Provide on-the-ground coaching and structured training for the sales team in areas such as lead generation, prospecting, solution selling, pipeline management, product training, and negotiation skills.
Implement relevant corporate initiatives and execute sales strategies efficiently.
Facilitate communication between Brady Corporate and the field sales team to ensure alignment.
Manage travel and entertainment expenses for the regional sales team judiciously.
Develop and execute an annual business plan while overseeing territory-specific business plan development.

What you'll need to be successful:

A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in outside sales.
Demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale projects and managing significant change initiatives.
Proficient in using CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.com, to drive results.
Willingness to travel overnight up to 40% as required.
