We are seeking a dynamic and technical Sales Engineer to join our team.
This role bridges the gap between technical expertise and customer engagement, ensuring our solutions meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Support:
  Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and demonstrate how SalesEdge Commerce's eCommerce platform can address their pain points.
  
• Technical Expertise:
  Provide in-depth technical knowledge of our platform, including its integration with ERPs, and customize presentations to showcase its capabilities.
  
• Solution Design:
  Partner with clients to design tailored eCommerce solutions that align with their business processes and objectives.
  
• Customer Onboarding:
  Work with implementation teams to ensure smooth deployment of our solutions, translating customer requirements into actionable plans.
  
• Demo and Training:
  Conduct compelling product demonstrations and provide training sessions to clients' teams.
  
• Feedback Loop:
  Act as a liaison between customers and product development teams to communicate enhancement requests, feedback, and emerging market trends.
  
• Documentation:
  Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, and supporting materials for sales and implementation teams.
  
• Relationship Building:
  Establish trust and credibility with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive long-term client success.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  
• 3+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or customer-facing technical role, preferably in eCommerce or software solutions.
  
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with eCommerce platforms.
  
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with competing priorities.
  
• Experience in the aviation aftermarket industry is a strong plus.
  
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot), project management software, and other sales enablement technologies.
