The Coordinator - Corporate is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the department. This role involves project coordination, data entry, administrative assistance, and cross-functional collaboration to centralize reports, prepare meetings, and manage databases.

Essential Job Functions:CRM Management: Consolidate CRM system updates, visits, opportunities, executive briefs, and reports on behalf of the corporate teams.

Correspondence and Reporting: Handle daily correspondence and reports using internal CRM databases, create and maintain files and mailing lists, and submit requests on behalf of corporate team members.

Stewardship Support: Support corporate partner and prospect stewardship efforts by organizing and distributing materials, gifts, and other touchpoints.

Leadership Coordination: Meet with leadership to ensure the coordination, prioritization, and organization of team strategies, information, and initiatives. Consolidate information from key meetings and provide correspondence and progress tracking.

Expense Management: Execute and maintain expense management for corporate leaders.

Document Preparation: Work with teams to prepare documents such as executive office business reports, email correspondence, partner and prospecting materials, and assist with internal and external communication flow. Manage prospecting sales tools like LinkedIn Navigator and Winmo.

Interdepartmental Assistance: Assist team members with the completion of interdepartmental forms and research requests.

Event Representation: Represent the team at various functions and off-site events. Note that long hours and weekends may be necessary from time to time.

Organizational Representation: Represent ALSAC-St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in all areas in a manner that reflects positively on the hospital and our fundraising organization.

Knowledge and Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively to assist with last-minute projects.
Detail-oriented with exceptional interpersonal, diplomacy, and judgment skills to handle sensitive topics and confidential information.
Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent proofreading skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms.
Ability to understand and follow complex verbal or written instructions.
A High School Diploma or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in executive-level administration is preferred.

This position will be based at our national executive office in Memphis, TN and be eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
