Supplemental Health Care is hiring RNs with prior OASIS experience to work at a partnering home health care provider in Mcminnville, Tennessee. Home Health RN Contract Details:

$1,720 - $1,905 per week*
10-week contract
SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage
Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits

Requirements:

OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience
Electronic Charting experience
Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
Current Tennessee RN License
American Heart Association BLS
Valid U.S. Driver's License
