We're looking for a highly skilled Sr.
SAP Systems Specialist to join our team and drive our business processes forward through innovative SAP solutions.

Position Overview:

The Sr.
SAP Systems Specialist is essential in translating business needs into SAP solutions, optimizing workflows, and enhancing overall efficiency.
This role involves deep collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of SAP modules, and driving initiatives to improve business performance.
The ideal candidate has experience in full-cycle SAP implementations, project execution, and a strategic mindset to bring valuable insights that support our goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Analyze user requirements to design and implement SAP system configurations, enhancements, and modifications.
Transform business requests into impactful SAP solutions, focusing on seamless execution and efficient workflows.
Resolve business issues by coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders (e.g., system users, management, consultants, and software support staff).
Lead SAP full-cycle implementations, covering Gap Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Blueprinting, Development, Testing, Reporting, Go-live, and Post-Go-live support.
Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards to ensure optimal project execution.
Promote team cooperation and uphold core company values to foster accountability and engagement.
Represent high ethical, professional, and intellectual standards that align with company culture.
Lead and participate in various projects as assigned, relevant to this role.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
8-10 years of experience in business analysis or project execution roles.
Extensive AMS project and Production Support experience.
Strong technical expertise in SAP ECC, particularly in the SD/MM/PP modules.
SAP APO/BW and API Integration experience is a plus.
Familiarity with EDI (IDOC) and collaboration with ABAP developers for functional solution design.
Advanced data analysis skills, including proficiency in VLOOKUPs.
Proven experience managing small to medium-sized projects using waterfall/Agile methodologies.
Proactive, self-directed, and accountable with a collaborative approach.
Skilled in delivering presentations to all levels of management.
