About the Role:
The Surgical Nurse Overseer will manage the assigned unit's operations, ensuring exceptional patient care. You will be an essential liaison between staff and administration, emphasis on staff development and performance management, and ensure alignment with our organizational goals.
Qualifications Needed:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or a compact state.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in a clinical leadership role.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Your Responsibilities will Include:
Managing day-to-day nursing operations while ensuring compliance with established standards.
Supporting staff development through in-service education and training programs.
Overseeing staffing needs and maintaining appropriate employee schedules.
Monitoring patient satisfaction and addressing any issues that arise.
Collaborating with various departments to enhance service quality and patient care.
